LONDON: ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE

On Sunday, London had a St. Patrick’s Day parade in Trafalgar Square. Upon arrival the streets were bustling with people all decked out in green.

Despite the massive crowd I just wasn’t feeling the holiday spirit (maybe because I was just in Ireland, I don’t know). In Trafalgar Square there were tents filled with Irish dancers and music, there was also a big stage set up with bands playing live music as the parade went passed.

Tiffany and I caught the tail end of the parade but it was such a lovely day so we made an executive decision to stay outside and wander a bit. We ended up in St. James Park, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in London. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping and the flowers were in full bloom…..what better place to take a nap?

I slept on the green grass for aprox. 2 hours, woke up got ice cream and walked back home…it was an awesome day!
